I am a qualified, award winning, creative garden designer who would love to come up with ideas for your garden, be it large or small, town or country.

After studying at art school, I had a career in advertising that eventually ended when, as creative director of my own London agency, I sold the business. My wife and I moved to Norfolk, which we love, where I developed my interest in design and gardens by completing a two year course at Easton College for the National Certificate of Horticulture - Garden Design.

I graduated with Distinction.

Since then I have been busy designing and building gardens to a wide variety of briefs.

My designs usually have a strong, simple graphic skeleton or theme, softened or emphasised with planting. People know me for my liking of big, green, dramatic foliage. I also plant big borders with drifts of unusual herbaceous perennials and grasses.

If you become a client I will consider your unique situation and requirements and give you an original concept. I don't have a catalogue of half a dozen basic designs that I will adapt for your garden, every garden I design is unique.
